Rent is due the first of every month. ALL RENT PAYMENTS MUST BE MAILED OR DROPPED OFF IN OUR BOX TO THE RIGHT OF OUR FRONT DOOR OF OUR MAIN OFFICE. If rental payments are not received by the seventh of every month, a late fee of $25 will be added to your bill.

The Housing Authority of the City of New Brunswick is seeking quality rental units, within the city limits, to lease for applicants on our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List.

Tenants pay 30 percent of their adjusted income directly to the landlord, and the Housing Authority pays the balance of the rent.
